Kit for Autonomous Cash transfer in Humanitarian Emergencies (KACHE)

The present document reports the development of the Kit for Autonomous Cash transfer in Humanitarian Emergencies (KACHE), built upon Red Rose ONE system© supported by the WFP’s Cooperating Partners’ Innovation Fund (CPIF).

Firstly, it gives a brief description of the main features of the kit. Secondly, it describes the process ACF went through within the innovation cycle. Thirdly, it presents the results of the kit performance during field testing in Gao, Mali follow up by a subsequent section  that offers an overview of ACF plans to scale up KACHE to overcome operational challenges in operations. It ends by documenting lessons learnt and recommendations for 2016.
